    Like everyone else on this review thread, I've called so many times to try and figure out what's going on. The phone just rings and rings. Switch board operator picks up only to transfer you to a dead line or potentially hang up on you. Beyond the incompetent switchboard who catch an attitude when you get frustrated trying to get through, the people who check you in at the service department almost lost my car. Dropped my car off on Friday. For some reason (even though the Ford Dealer has worked on my car before), my car's info was registered under previous owner. We spent a good amount of time updating my profile and thereafter they said they'd give the car a diagnostic either that day or Saturday. Tuesday when I decided to call in for a status update - I had to provide VIN numbers and other info just for them to locate my car in the system. The lady who helped me had the nerve to almost say I didn't drop the car off at this dealership. Either way, it's Tuesday and I've received no call about what's happening with my vehicle. As mentioned, when I decide to call in, I can't get a hold of anyone. As of today (Wednesday), my service advisor David has since picked this up and been Johnny on the spot with the communication. It just sucks that the experience didn't start this way. Because of the failures of the rest of the team this whole thing was drawn out. What was supposed to be "LATEST MONDAY" turned into Wednesday night (me getting my car back) and I'm now MORE OUT OF POCKET on the rental car I was forced to grab. The mistakes of their "service team" other than David has cost me $$$. Take your car to another dealer if you can.

  • Everything was great from the moment my family entered the parking lot we were greeted and welcomed. upon entering the beautiful showroom we received fresh baked cookies and a bottle of water. our salesman name was Pete Banks and he was amazing! We came in with a list of perks we wanted along with a budget. Pete and the Fox Ford team did an awesome job of helping us find the perfect car for our family and budget (even cut the numbers to further help us!) neither my husband or I felt pressured into purchasing a car. They were very patient with us as neither myself or my Husband have the best credit and we had our two busy toddlers with us, they even had a playroom to keep our toddlers busy! we purchased a 2015 Ford Edge. our car note is very reasonable. We LOVE our new car and its perfect for our growing Family! (we can comfortably fit three car seats on he second row with tons of leg room) Thank You. We had a really great experience and I would highly recommend you to anyone that's looking to purchase a new vehicle.

    Get a call from Jeremy asking whats wrong with our car. Call back immediately and after 5 minutes of the automated system, he can't be found. He doesn't call us back again and we figure he probably found the copious notes we were required to give when creating the appointment. 6 days later, we don't know if our cars been looked at or when it may be done so I call and get Lisa. Lisa transfers me to a nameless person in the garage who puts me on hold for 12 minutes before just hanging up on me...I call apology, just instant hold again while she "looks up" my car. Another 10 minutes go by and she says that the car isn't there. "There's no paper work or open work orders." Hmm. Well my car was brought there, so where is it? Do you see the car? Finally realizes the ticket is in my husbands name. Then quickly realizes that Jeremy is the ticket owner on that vehicle, so only Jeremy can tell if or when the car will be ready. I ask why I've been on hold for 25 minutes to only find out that my car is, in fact at the dealership. Why is only one person able to report on it's progress? Why wouldn't the garage work more efficiently like say, a hospital, in which any qualified person can pick up the chart and know what's wrong or right with it? Nameless girl says "um, I'm sorry we don't run like a Jeremy will be in at 9...." Dear lord, I hope their automotive repair is better than everything else I've experienced so far.
